中西医结合非手术治疗急性胰腺炎44例  

44 CASES OF ACUTE PANCREATITIS TREATED BY NONSURGICAL METHOD OF COMBINE TRADITIONAL AND WESTEN MEDICINE

摘　　要：目的：探讨中西医结合非手术治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法：对４４例急性胰腺炎的治疗方法和结果进行分析、总结。结果：４４例中，３９例治愈，占８９％（其中重症胰腺炎９例，治愈４例，占４４％）。结论：中西医结合非手术疗法是治疗急性胰腺炎实用、有效的方法，可以缩短病程，减少并发症的发生。Objective: The aim of this paper was to probe into the curative effect of nonsurgical method of combine traditional and westen medicine treating acute pancreatitis(AP). Methods : 44 cases ofAPwere observed. Results: 39 cases(89%) of 44 patients with AP were fully recovered among the patients,4 cases of 9 seriousAPpatients was cured ,the cure rate was 44%S. Conclusion : The nonsurgical method of combine traditional and westen medicine is the practical and effective method to cure AP. It can shorten the period of the illness,decrease the complication,and may be used for some serious cases.
