中药直肠滴注配合微波辐射在高位肛周脓肿切开挂线术后的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中药直肠滴注配合微波辐射治疗高位肛周脓肿的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析86例高位肛周脓肿切开挂线术后采用该法治疗患者的临床资料。结果一次性治愈68例,后遗肛瘘18例,治疗时间平均(7.3±1.2)天,总治愈率达80%。结论中药直肠点滴配合微波辐射完好地保护了肛门括约肌功能及肛周正常组织,一次性治愈率高,减少了患者二次手术痛苦。Objective To discuss the efficacy of rectal drip and microwave radiation in treatment of perianal abscess.Methods The clinical data of 86 cases treated with such methods were retrospectively analyzed.Results Once cured 68 cases,sequelae of anal 18 cases,the average treatment time was（7.3 ± 1.2） days,total cure rates was 80%.Conclusion Rectal drip and microwave radiation well protect the anal sphincter function and normal tissue around anus,which has high one-time cure rate and reduces pain of a second surgery for patients.
