护理程序在高校医院门诊输液室健康教育的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨护理程序在高校医院门诊输液室健康教育的应用,提高高校医院门诊输液室护理服务质量,有助于疾病的治疗和预防。方法应用护理程序对患者进行评估、提出护理问题,确定预期目标诊断,制订和实施护理计划,评价护理效果。结果患者对护士健康教育的满意度为98%,患者掌握疾病的治疗及预防的知晓率为95%,患者满意度、护理服务质量均提高。结论护理程序在高校医院门诊输液室健康教育的应用,有利于患者掌握疾病的治疗及预防,减少护患纠纷,提高患者及陪人的满意度,提高护理服务质量。Objective To evaluate the application of nursing procedure in health education of university hospital outpatient infusion room,to increase the nursing service quality,and to contribute to improve treatment and prevention of diseases.Methods Nursing procedure was applied to assess the patient,point out nursing issues,identify targets for diagnosis,develope and implement nursing,and evaluate nursing effects.Results 98% of the patients were satisfied with nurses,and 95% of the patients were aware of treatment and prevention of diseases.The patient satisfaction,nursing service quality all increased.Conclusion Application of nursing procedure in health education in universityhHospital outpatient infusion room helps patients to master the treatment and prevention of diseases,reduce medical disputes,improve satisfaction for patients and accompanying persons,and improve the quality of nursing service.
