摘　　要：目的了解实习男护士的压力源,探讨实习男护士压力的影响因素。方法采用问卷调查,对30名本科实习男护士的压力源进行调查。结果实习男护士具有较高的心理压力,男护士就业和社会方面有较大的压力。结论男护士存在多种心理压力源和较高水平的心理压力,应选择优秀带教老师根据其压力特点对其采取就业指导、巩固专业思想、给予心理支持等方法缓解其压力。Objective To realize the pressure sources of male practice nurses and the influencing factors.Methods By questionnaire,30 male undergraduate internship nurses were investigated for their stressors.Results Male practice nurses had higher psychological stress,especially in employment and social aspects.Conclusions Male practice nurses have a variety of psychological stressors and higher levels of psychological stress,for whom outstanding teachers should be selected to underatand the characteristics and to alleviate the stress by methods such as employment guidance,consolidating professional ideas,and providing psychological support.
