我院2008-2009年门诊处方的分析评价

摘　　要：目的:对我院2008年和2009年全年处方的药物应用情况进行分析评价,旨在促进临床合理用药。方法:利用自行编制的处方评价系统,依据《处方管理办法》的相关规定,并参考国际合理用药指标,对我院2008、2009年门诊处方进行分析评价。结果:与2008年相比,2009年我院抗菌药物使用率、注射剂使用率、中药注射剂使用率分别下降2.52%,0.79%和0.51%;基本药物使用率、中成药使用率及OTC药物使用率分别增加了4.77%,1.94%和15.18%;总处方数、平均每张处方用药品种数、处方总金额及平均每张处方金额均有不同程度的增加;不合格处方率下降了52.67%。结论:2008-2009年,我院抗菌药物和基本药物的应用有所改善,与我院药剂科广泛开展合理用药宣教和干预有关,今后应针对不同疾病的合理用药进行深入研究。Objective：To analyze and evaluate the prescriptions of the outpatients in our hospital during 2008-2009,and to promote the rational drug use.Methods：According to the regulation ＂the management of prescription＂ and SDUIs（selected drug use indicators）,using the prescription evaluation system designed and programmed by ourself,the prescriptions of the outpatients in our hospital in 2008 and 2009 were analyzed and evaluated.Results：Rates of using antibiotics,injection agents and traditional medicine for injection in 2009 decreased by 2.52%,0.79% and 0.51% respectively than those in 2008;while the rates of using generic drugs,traditional drugs and OTC drugs increased by 4.77%,1.94% and 15.18% respectively;the number of the prescriptions,the averages of the categories of the drugs in each prescription and the total costs of the prescriptions,the average cost in each prescription all increased at different degrees.The prescriptions of irrational drug use decreased by 52.67%.Conclusion：The results indicated that the improvement of the prescriptions including antibiotics and the generic drugs was associated with the education and intervention for promoting rational drug use.Further studies should be focused on the rational use of drugs specified to different categories of the diseases.
