药品供应物流管理模式应用于我院门诊药房的实践与体会

摘　　要：目的:评价药品供应物流管理模式应用于我院门诊药房后对工作流程和效益的影响。方法:采用我院药品保障中心依托HIS系统和网络信息技术开发的药品供应物流保障系统,对比三种药品管理模式在门诊药房应用的工作效率。结果:应用该模式能减少药房内部非增值劳动,减少药品库存数量,缩短药品供应周期,并保证HIS入库及时准确。结论:该模式的应用有利于门诊药房的库存管理,但系统仍需技术支持的不断完善。Objective：To assess the workflow and efficiency after the application of drug supply and logistics management pattern in outpatient pharmacy.Methods：We compared the work efficiency of three kinds of drugs management in outpatient pharmacy by using the drug supply and logistics management support system depended on HIS system and network information technology,which was developed by the pharmaceutical care centre of our hospital.Results：The non value-added labor in pharmacy,the stock of drugs and the time of drug supply cycle can be reduced,and warehousing in HIS can be ensured by using this pattern.Conclusion：The application of this pattern will benefit to the stock management of outpatient pharmacy,however this system should be further improved.
