香菇多糖注射液致过敏性休克1例

摘　　要：1例51a男性患者,因右肺腺癌纵隔淋巴结转移7个月,为增强免疫力给予香菇多糖注射液2mg加0.9%氯化钠注射液100mL静脉滴注。输注约3min后患者出现胸闷、心慌、呼吸困难、短暂性意识丧失,BP110/60mmHg,P110次·min-1,立即停药吸氧,并给予地塞米松等治疗,20min后患者恢复正常。A 51-year-old man was hospitalized for right-sided lung adrenocarcinoma with mediastinal lymph node metastasis. Lentinan injection 2 mg dissolved in 100 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride injection was administered to improve his immunity. About 3 minutes after the infusion start, the patient developed chest tightness, palpitation, dyspnea and blurred mind, with blood pressure of 110/60 mmHg and pulse rate of 110 beats per minute. Anaphylactic shock was diagnosed and lentinan injection was stopped immediately. The patient was treated with oxygen inhalation therapy and dexamethasone for symptomatic treatment. About 20 minutes later, the patient recovered.
