摘　　要：由于土地征用补偿依据和原则不同,各国土地征用补偿的具体做法也有所差异。比较研究发达国家的土地征用补偿实践,借鉴它们在土地征用补偿方面的有益经验,对我国土地征用补偿制度的完善有着极其重要的意义。The land expropriation compensation practices are different from each country because of the differences of land expropriation compensation basis and principle. Comparative studying of developed countries＇ land expropriation compensation practices and learning their helpful experiences are meaningful to perfecting our land expropriation compensation system.
