Objective To explore the influence of HAART on CD4+ T cells and ALT levels of AIDS/TB and AIDS/TB/HCV infected patients, aimed to improve the therapeutic technology. Methods HAART was carried out in 43 cases AIDS/TB and 16 cases AIDS/TB/HCV infected patients, then compared the changes of CD4+T cells and ALT levels before and after Treatment. Results After 1 year of HAART treatment,CD4+ T cells had increased significantly(P0.05) in both groups compared with pretreatment, but the effect between the 2 groups hadn′t significant difference(P0.05);ALT of the two infected groups were increased, the increase was more obvious in AIDS/TB/HCV patients then AIDS/TB patients(P0.05);Conclusion HAART are effective in both groups, but there hadn't significant difference between AIDS/TB/HCV and AIDS/TB patients;HAART created more severe liver damage in AIDS/TB/HCV patients than AIDS/TB,but patients can endure a short-term liver damage under the protect of hepatoprotective, further observation are still needed to identify long-term therapeutic effect and impact on liver function of HAART.
