摘　　要：通过金刚滚轮修整器系统设计的解析，指出了金刚滚轮轴在支承、驱动方式和金刚滚轮在主轴上的联结方式中易忽视的问题和利弊，并指出即使金刚滚轮本身设计达到了要求，若对滚轮的安装结构、驱动方式选用不当则同样达不到功用要求，或者精度保持性变差，最终影响使用功能。Through analysing the system design of diamond roller dressing, this paper points out the easily neglected problems, advantages ＆ disadvantages of diamond miler shaft＇s bearing way, driving way and the diamond roller＇s joint method on the spindle, this paper also points out that even the diamond miler＇ s design reaches the requests, it also can.t reaches the function requests if the improper selecting the miler＇ s install structure and driving method, or reduce the accuracy staility and finally influence the using function.
