封闭式负压冲吸器治疗中重度颌面部蜂窝织炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨封闭式负压冲吸器治疗中重度颌面部蜂窝织炎的临床疗效。方法将28例中重度颌面部蜂窝织炎患者随机分成封闭式负压冲吸器治疗组(试验组)和传统的凡士林纱布换药治疗组(对照组),各14例。结果两组患者全部治愈。但试验组所需的切口长度、换药次数、创腔愈合天数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用封闭式负压冲吸治疗中重度颌面部蜂窝织炎是高效、经济可行的方法,可有效地提高临床护理的质量,减轻患者的痛苦。Objective To compare therapeutic effects of two dressing change methods in patients with severe max- illofacial cellulitis. Methods Twenty - eight cases with severe maxillofacial eellulitis were evenly divided into closed negative pressure washing and suction device treatment group （ experimental group, n = 14 ） and the traditional treatment by dressing with vaseline gauze group （ control group, n = 14 ）. Dressing frequency, length of incision, days of wound healing, treatment cost were compared between two groups. Results All cases in two groups recovered. The dressing frequency, length of incision, days of wound healing and treatment cost in experimental group were significantly shorter or lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Closed negative pressure washing and suction device is an efficient, eco nomic and feasible method in treating severe maxillofaeial eellulitis. And it could effectively improve nursing qualities and reduce the patients＇ sufferings.
