器官功能不全老年患者胶囊内镜检查的护理

摘　　要：目的总结器官功能不全的老年患者行胶囊内镜检查中护理配合的经验体会。方法应用GIVEN和OMOM两种胶囊内镜系统对36例合并器官功能不全的患者进行检查,采取器官功能监测,风险告知,心理护理,特殊肠道准备以及健康教育等措施行互利配合。结果合并器官功能不全的38例老年患者,32例患者成功检查完小肠。所有患者小肠疾病的检出阳性率为72%。所有检查的患者依从性良好,自觉无明显不适,取检查前器官功能检测指标与检查后相比较,各项指标均无明显恶化。结论经过特殊肠道准备和多种护理配合,同时做好相应的护理应急预案,器官功能不全的老年患者采用胶囊内镜行胃肠道检查是安全有效的,值得临床推广。Objective To summary the clinical experiences of nursing care of old patients with organ dysfunction examined with capsule endoscope examination. Methods 36 old patients with organ dysfunction were examined with two capsule endoscope system, Given and OMOM. Nursing strategies, including special bowel preparation, psychological direction, health guidance and organ function monitor etc, were adopted during examination. Result In 38 cases of elderly patients which combined with organ dysfunction, 32 patients were successfully checked the small intestine. Positive ratio of all old patients with organ dysfunction was 72%. All old patients felt well. Compliance of every patient was well. Organ function before and after capsule endoscope was not deteriorated. Conclusion With special bowel preparation and various nursing methods, it is safety for old patients with organ dysfunction to be examined with capsule endoscope.
