摘　　要：[目的]探讨社区护理在预防老年骨质疏松性骨折中的作用。[方法]将320例老年骨质疏松症病人随机分为两组,观察组172例采取社区护理干预,对照组148例不进行社区护理干预。比较两组病人骨折情况,并采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评价病人的生活质量。[结果]观察组发生骨折14例(8.14%),对照组发生骨折30例(20.27%);观察组生活质量总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]社区护理可减少老年骨质疏松性骨折的发生,提高病人的生活质量。Objective：To probe into the effect of community care in prevention of senile people with osteoporotic fracture. Methods： A total of 320 senile cases with osteoporotic fracture were randomly divided into observation group （n=172） and control group （n=148）. Patients in observation group accepted community nursing intervention. Patients in control group did not accepted. Then fracture status of the two groups patients were compared and quality of life of patients was evaluated by WHOQOL-BREF. Results： Totally 14 cases had developed fracture in observation group （8.14%） and 30 cases were with fracture in control group （20.27%）.The total score of patients＇ quality of life of observation group cases was higher than that of control group cases （P0.05）. Conclusion： Community care could reduce the incidence of senile osteoporotic fracture and enhance patients’ quality of life.
