21例肝移植病人大量快速输血并发症的观察与护理

摘　　要：[目的]总结肝移植病人大量快速输血并发症的观察与护理。[方法]对21例肝移植病人进行大量快速输血,同时加强并发症的观察与护理。[结果]输血过程中并发循环超负荷2例,出血倾向8例,低钾血症5例,低体温4例,乳酸酸中毒和低血钙21例;经积极处理后基本恢复术前水平,术中无一例死亡,术后死亡3例。[结论]加强肝移植大量快速输血病人并发症的观察与护理,是手术成功的保证。Objective：It summarized observation and nursing care of liver transplantation patients with complications after undergoing a large quantity of rapid blood transfusion.Methods：A total of 21 liver transplantation patients had accepted a large quantity of rapid blood transfusion.At the same time,observation and nursing care of complications for them had been strengthened. Results： Two 2 cases were with circulatory overload during the process of blood transfusion. Eight cases were with bleeding tendency. Five cases had developed hypokalemia. Four cases had developed hypothermia. And 21 cases had developed lactate acidosis and hypocalcemia.All complications had recovered to preoperative levels after active treatment. There was no dead case during the operation.And 3 cases died after the operation.Conclusion：To strengthen the observation and nursing care of complications of liver transplantation patients undergoing a large quantity of rapid blood transfusion was the guarantee of successful operation.
