大学生心理危机预防机制初探

摘　　要：针对当前大学生心理危机形成具有一定的普遍性、复杂性和严重性的特点,高校首先要在预防工作中发挥主导作用,积极配备专业人员,组建危机管理系统,落实各项预防措施;中小学要切实地实施素质教育,培养学生健全的人格;学生家长要积极地配合学校教育,社会也应承担起相应的支持责任。只有整合多方面的力量,共同构建一个全方位的大学生危机预防体系和形成有效的预防管理机制,才能更好地防止大学生心理危机的发生。At present,the college students＇ psychological crisis is characteristics of a certain universality,complexity and severity.The University should play a leading role in prevention and they should be actively equipped with professional persons,establish a crisis management system,and put into effect the preventative measures.The primary and secondary schools should effectively implements quality education to foster sound personality.The parents should actively cooperate with schools and the community should take a corresponding responsibility for the appropriate support.The occurrence of college students＇ psychological crisis can not be prevented unless a wide range of forces are integrated and work together to build a comprehensive undergraduate crisis prevention system and to form an effective preventative management mechanisms.
