痰热清注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期患者血清IL-17和IL-8表达的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨痰热清注射液配合常规疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPP）急性发作期的疗效及其作用机制.方法 52例COPD急性期患者随机分为常规疗法组和联用痰热清治疗组,治疗组在常规疗法的基础上联用痰热清注射液治疗.观察两组临床疗效并检测患者血清IL-17和IL-8的含量变化.结果 治疗组总有效率为92.85%,常规疗法组为79.16%,两组间比较,差异有显著性,P＜0.05.治疗组患者血清IL-17和IL-8的含量明显低于常规疗法组.结论 在常规疗法的基础上联合应用痰热清注射液治疗COPD急性发作能明显提高临床疗效.这可能与痰热清注射液能明显降低患者IL-17和IL-8的分泌,减轻其调控中性粒细胞在呼吸道的募集和激活,进而减轻COPD的炎症过程有关.Objective To observe the effect of treatment with Tan reqing injections combined rautine methods in acute COPD and study the mechanism of action. Methods 52 patients with COPD were divided into two groups randomly. In the combined group, we add Tanreqing injections to treatment. We observed the effects of treatment and detected IL - 17 arid IL - 8levels of patients. Results The combined groups effective rate was 92. 85% , and routine methods group was 79. 16%. Difference was apparent （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The levels of IL - 17andIL - 8, in combined group was significantly lower than those in routine group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） after treatment. Conclusion Routine treatment combined with Tanreging injections can heighten the curative effect in COPD. Tanreging could lower markedly secretion of IL - 17and IL - 8, lighten recruitment and activation of neutruphil in respiratory tract and lessen inflammation of COPD.
