脊髓型颈椎病前路手术疗效及影响因素分析

摘　　要：为探讨影响脊髓型颈椎病前路手术疗效的因素,本文对1986年5月～1994年2月间的152例脊髓型颈椎病人前路手术后的疗效及常见影响因素作一分析。结果发现,病程、年龄及病情与疗效有关,手术范围及方式与疗效无关。建议脊髓型颈椎病确诊后应尽快手术治疗,合适的手术方式及减压范围均可取得满意疗效。To explore the curative effect and influencing factors of anterior decompression for cervical spondylotic myelopa-thy, the effects and common influencing factors of 152 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy treated by anterior decompression from May of 1986 to February of 1994 were analyzed. The result showed that the factors including cause of disease, patient age and the condition had much to do with the effect, but operative scope and method had no relation with the effect.We suggested that operation was performed as soon as possible when cervical spondylotic myelopathy was diagnosed. The satisfactory result was achieved by proper operative way and decompression scope.
