塑性弹力夹板治疗桡骨远端伸直型骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究塑性弹力夹板治疗桡骨远端伸直型骨折的疗效。方法选择桡骨远端伸直型骨折患者140例,分成观察组和对照组。对照组采用普通小夹板固定治疗;观察组采用塑性弹力夹板固定治疗。结果观察组患者临床痊愈率97.14%高于对照组的临床痊愈率85.71%,具有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组患者未出现腕关节僵硬等并发症;对照组患者有6例出现腕关节不同程度僵硬症状。结论采用塑性弹力夹板治疗桡骨远端伸直型骨折患者疗效佳,具有良好的安全性,建议临床进一步推广。Objective Evaluation efficacy and safety of Elastic plastic splint treatment of distal radius extension fractures. Methods Select straight distal radius fracture patients, 140 patients were divided into the observation group and control group. Control group, the ordinary small splint fixation. Observation group, with plastic stretch splint fixation. Results Observation group, the clinical cure rate of 97.14% higher than the clinical cure rate of 85.71%, with significant differences （P 〈0.05, see Table 1 ）; The patients, no complications occurred stiff wrist. Control group, 6 patients had symptoms of wrist stiffness to varying degrees. Conclusion Elastic plastic splint treatment of distal radius extension fractures effective, but also relatively safe, affordable, valuable in the further.
