摘　　要：目的探讨心脏双瓣膜置换术围手术期临床护理的有效途径。方法对32例患者行心脏双瓣膜置换术围手术期的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果32例患者术后均顺利治愈出院,无严重的并发症发生。结论深入了解病情特点,针对患者病情采取相应的整体护理措施,做好心理护理,完善术前准备,重视维持术后血液动力学的稳定,加强抗凝治疗的监护是保证满意治疗效果的重要措施。Objective To discuss the valid pathways of perioperative clinical nursing for the patients with heart double - valve replacement. Medthods To perform the retrospective analysis on the clinic materials from 32 patients with heart double - valve replacement. Results All patients fully recovered from an illness after the operation. Conclusion Thorough knowing patients＇ condition, the good nursing intervention is adopted for every patient, doing a good mental cares, perfect preoperation preparation, as well as strength monitoring the anticoagulation treatment are the important measures for ensuring the therapeutic effect.
