An Approach to the QiInvigorating and QiRegulating Roles of Herbal Medicines on Energy Metabolism of Chronic Hypoxic Mice

摘  要:从能量的生成、储存和调节3个途径探讨配伍方剂常用的补气药(人参、黄芪、党参、白术)与理气药(枳实、厚朴、青皮、乌药)的作用。实验发现:①能量的生成:补气药人参、黄芪可降低耗氧速度与呼吸控制率,而党参、白术的作用不明显,理气药总的趋势是升高耗氧速度与呼吸控制率;②能量的储存:补气与理气药均显著升高肌酸激酶活力,而理气药又明显高于补气药;③能量的调节:补气药均可增加肝细胞能荷值。The roles of qiinvigorating herbal medicine (QIHM) and qiregulating herbal medicine (QRHM), widely used in prescriptions, are discussed from the perspectives of production, storage and regulation of ATP. QIHM include Renshen(ginseng), Huangqi(Astragalus), Dangshen(Codonopsis) and Baizhu(white atractylodes rhizome); QRHM include Zhishi(immature bitter orange), Houpo(magnolia bark), Qingpi(green tangerine) and Wuyao(lindra root). The results show: 1. In the energy production, Renshen and Huangqi can decrease oxygenconsuming rate(S3) and respiratory control ratio(RCR), but Dangshen and Baizhu haven't obvious effects on them; QRHM tend to increase S3 and RCR generally. 2. In the energy storage, both QIHM and QRHM can stimulate activity of creatine kinase(CK) significantly, and QRHM is stronger than QIHM. 3. In the regulation of energy, all the four QIHM can increase the energy charge (EC); on the contrary, all the four QRHM can decrease the EC of liver cells.
