摘  要:观察了防风多糖体内对S180移植瘤生长的影响,以及对S180瘤细胞免疫小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(Mφ)吞噬活性的影响;同时,将S180瘤免疫小鼠腹腔Mφ再与S180瘤细胞混合后接种给小鼠,观察防风多糖对该Mφ直接抗肿瘤活性的影响。进一步用硅胶体内阻断Mφ功能,观察对防风多糖体内抗肿瘤效果的影响。结果表明,防风多糖体内应用能明显抑制S180实体瘤的生长(抑瘤率为5292%),提高S180瘤免疫小鼠腹腔Mφ的吞噬活性(P<0.01),并能提高S180瘤免疫小鼠腹腔Mφ与S180瘤细胞混合接种时的抗肿瘤活性(P<0.01);但是,用硅胶阻断Mφ机能后,防风多糖的抗肿瘤作用大大下降,抑瘤率由5292%降到1182%。Observe the effect of polysaccharide of radix sileris (PRS) on the growth of S180 transplantation tumor in vivo, and celiac macrophagocytic activity of S180 oncocyte immunized mice. At the same time, combining the S180 oncocyte again with celiac macrophagocyte (M) of the immunized mice, vaccinate the mice and observe the effect of PRS on the M direct antineoplastic activity. Further, blocking the function of M by silica gel, observe the effect on antineoplastic function of PRS in vivo. The results show that PRS in vivo can obviously inhibit S180 tumor growth(inhibitory rate: 52.92%), increase the celiac M activity of S180 oncocyte immunized mice(P<0.01) and increase the antineoplastic activity when vaccinated with the combined S180 oncocyte and celiac M of the immunized mice(P<0.01). But, after M function blocked by silica gel, the antineoplastic function of PRS was greatly decreased, whose tumor inhibitory rate decreased from 52.92% to 11.82%.
