摘 要:采用不同的催化体系于10 L聚合釜中合成了1-丁烯(Bt-1)与1-己烯(He-1)的共聚物。通过红外光谱仪、差示量热仪、拉力实验机研究了共聚物的结构及物理性能。结果表明,催化剂对共聚物的组成影响显著,用Ti-D-AlEt3和Ti-Al(i-Bu)3制得的共聚物中He-1的摩尔分数分别为16.6%和13.4%,有着3.2%的差距;催化剂对共聚物的结晶性也有明显影响,采用相同助催化剂时,Ti-D催化剂比Ti催化剂所得共聚物的结晶度要高5%左右;催化剂对共聚物的物理性能也有着显著影响,采用Ti-D-Al(i-Bu)3时所得共聚物的综合物理性能最好,PF值为60。The copolymer of butene-1 and hexane-1 was synthesized with different catalyst systems by 10 L reactor.The structure and physical properties of copolymers were characterized by infrared spectroscopy;differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and tensile testing.The results indicate that the influence of catalyst on the component is significant.The copolymer of butene-1 and hexane-1 synthesized with the Ti-D-AlEt3 and Ti-Al(i-Bu) have different molar ratio,which are 16.6% and 13.4%,respectively,with 3.2% of the gap.The influence of catalyst on the crystallinity of copolymer is also evident.By using the same cocatalyst,the crystallization of the copolymer synthesized with Ti-D is 5% higher than that with Ti.In addition,the influence of catalyst on the physical properties of copolymer is also evident,for example,the copolymer synthesized with Ti-D-Al(i-Bu)3 has the best comprehensive physical properties,and the PF parameter is 60.
