摘　　要：中国经济特区的创办与发展是中国实行改革开放政策以来实现历史性变革的一个精彩缩影。经济特区发展从一种形式到多种形式,从沿海到内地,成为区域经济发展的重要形式。经济特区在我国改革开放和现代化进程中发挥了"试验田"、"窗口"和示范的作用。随着我国改革开放和现代化继续向前推进,经济特区将继续发挥重要作用,做出新的更大贡献。The establishment and development of China＇s Special Economic Zones is a wonderful epitome of the historic change since China took the reform and opening-up policies.The development of the Special Economic Zones,from one form to many forms,from the coast to the mainland,became an important form of regional economic development.The Special Economic Zones have played the ＂test＂,＂window＂ and the role model in China＇s reform and opening up and modernization process.As China＇s reform and opening up and modernization continue move forward,the Special Economic Zones will continue to play an important role and make new and greater contribution.
