摘 要:目的:探讨白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及白细胞介素-16(IL-16)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)气道炎症中的作用。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测收集到的COPD患者急性发作期及正常人的痰IL-8及IL-16水平。结果:COPD患者急性发作期痰IL-8及IL-16水平明显高于正常对照组的水平(P<0.05),COPD患者痰液IL-8与FEV1呈负相关(r=-0.67,P<0.01),其痰IL-16亦与FEV1呈负相关(r=-0.45,P<0.05)。结论:COPD患者痰液IL-8及IL-16均参与了COPD的发病过程,而且以IL-8所起的作用最为主要。Objective:To explore the role of IL-8 and IL-16 in the airway inflammation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)Method:IL-8 and IL-16 of induced sputum in some patients with acute COPD and health controls were detected by ELISA methodResult:IL-8 and IL-16 of induced sputum in patients with acute COPD were much higher than those in health controlsIn addition,there was more inverse correlation between IL-8 of induced sputum and FEV1 in patients with COPD(r=-067,P<001),there was also the same correlation between IL-16 of induced sputum and FEV1(r=045,P<005)Conclusion;IL-8 and IL-16 might play important roles in the airway inflammation of COPD,and IL-8 appeared more important in them
