摘  要:目的建立紫萁贯众中鞣质的含量测定方法,比较不同产地和不同采收期紫萁贯众中鞣质的含量。方法采用磷钼钨酸-干酪素法显色,分光光度法在760nm处测定。结果 12个不同产地紫萁贯众中鞣质的含量为0.14%~3.20%,同产地不同采收期紫萁贯众中鞣质的含量为1.05%~2.58%。结论紫萁贯众中鞣质的含量因产地和采收期变化而不同。Objective To establish the method for determination of tannin in Rhizoma of Osmunda japonica and compare the content of tannin in Rhizoma of Osmunda japonica from different locations and different harvest times. Methods Posphorus molybdenum-tungsten acid casein method was used and the content of tannin was determined by the spectrophotometer at 760 nm. Results The content of tannin in Rhizoma of Osmundajaponica from 12 different locations was in 0.14%~3.20% and from different harvest times was in 1.05%~2.58%. Conclusion The different locations and harvest times affect the content of tannin in Rhizoma of Osmundajaponica.
