青蒿油多相脂质体对SMMC-7721和NB4细胞株的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的:研究青蒿油多相脂质体对不同肿瘤细胞株的抑制作用。方法:以不同药物浓度的青蒿油多相脂质体作用于SMMC-7721及NB4细胞48h,阿霉素为阳性对照药,采用MTT法检测该制剂对两种细胞株的生长抑制作用。结果:青蒿油多相脂质体对SMMC-7721细胞的半抑制浓度IC50为69.125μg.mL-1,浓度在157.500μg.mL-1时,抑制率高达94.73﹪;对NB4细胞的半抑制浓度IC50为0.098μg.mL-1,浓度在0.315μg.mL-1时,抑制率达到84.96﹪。结论:青蒿油多相脂质体制剂对SMMC-7721和NB4细胞株均具有明显的抑制作用,多相脂质体新剂型对青蒿油抗SMMC-7721细胞有一定的增敏效果。Objective：To study the inhibition effects of Artemisia oil on different tumor cell lines.Methods： SMMC-7721 and NB4 cell lines were treated by Artemisia oil polyphase liposome under different concentration for 48h,and adriamycin was used as positive control.Inhibiting effect on growth of the two cell lines were detect-ed by MTT method.Results：The IC50 of Artemisia oil polyphase liposome for SMMC-7721 cell lines was 69.125μg.mL-1.The inhibition rate reached 94.73%at 157.5μg.mL-1.For NB4 cell lines,the IC50 was 0.098μg.mL-1.The inhibition rate reached 84.96%at 0.315μg.mL-1.Conclusions： Artemisia oil polyphase liposome has signifi-cant inhibitory effect on SMMC-7721 and NB4 cell lines.Polyphase liposome has sensitization effect on SMMC-7721.
