注射BTXA与电针治疗面肌痉挛的疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的：研究局部注射BTXA治疗与电针治疗面肌痉挛的疗效对比。方法：采用面肌痉挛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别予以局部注射BTXA和电针治疗,均观察612个月,以对比两者的疗效。结果：经观察对比,治疗组显效率为79.55%,电针组显效率为17.50%,经χ2检验,P〈0.005,差异有非常显著性。结论：局部注射BTXA治疗面肌痉挛,是比较理想的非手术治疗方法。Objective：To compare the local injection of BTXA therapy and electro-acupuncture treatment of hemifacial spasm.Methods： Hemifacial spasm patients were randomly divided into treatment and control group,received local injection of BTXA and electro-acupuncture respectively,observed for 612 months,the efficacy of the two was compared.Results： The excellent effctive rate of the treatment group was 79.55%,of the electro-acupuncture group was 17.50%,（P 〈0.005）.Conclusion： Local injection of BTXA treatment of hemifacial spasm is an ideal non-surgical treatment.
