摘 要:煤泥浮选是回收细粒煤的最有效方法。本文通过对某选煤厂浮选入料煤泥筛分组成进行分析,发现小于0.045mm高灰细泥含量大。在相同实验条件下,进行煤泥的浮选柱浮选实验,实验结果表明,浮选柱加喷淋水时实验效果最佳,浮选柱对高灰细泥含量大的煤泥的分选效果好于浮选机,并将此实验结果作为该选煤厂工艺改造的技术保证。Coal flotation is the most effective way to recycling the fine particle coal.This paper analysis the flotation separation in-material slurry sieving composition of a coal preparation plant,and then find that the content of high ash fine mud which less than 0.045mm is larger.In the same experimental conditions,we do experiments of the flotation column,and the results show that: we have the best experimental results when we add spraying water to the flotation column,and the separation efficiency of the high-ash content of fine mud which separate by flotation column is better than which the flotation machine separate,and we regard the experiment result as the guarantee of the technology transformation which used in coal preparation plant.
