摘 要:为解决红台区块低压、低孔、低渗砂岩气藏压裂改造施工中压裂液破胶返排困难、残渣含量高对地层的伤害问题,对酶博士生物酶的破胶机理与酶活性的影响因素进行了探讨,并开展了生物酶破胶剂技术研究。研究结果表明:生物酶对红台区块泡沫增能压裂液具有适应性、配伍性好的特点,生物酶破胶剂可以在pH 6~10、40~90℃条件下使用,在pH=7、温度为80℃时活性最高;在泡沫增能压裂液体系中加入20 mg/L的生物酶破胶剂,压裂液快速破胶返排,破胶液黏度低于3 mPa.s,残渣含量254 mg/L,与未加生物酶相比降低幅度达63%,从而可提高压裂后地层的渗透率与导流能力。该技术应用于红台区块低压气藏,增产效果显著,取得了较好的经济效益。The Hongtai block is characteristic of low pressure,low porosity and low permeability sandstone gas reservoirs.In order to resolve the problems of the difficult backflow and of formation damage caused by high residue contents,the breaking mechanism of biological enzyme and the influence factors of the activity of biological enzyme were discussed,and enzyme breaker technology was developed.The results showed that,biological enzyme decomposed polysaccharide and had excellent adaptability and compatibility with the frothy energized fracturing fluid(FEFF).Biological enzyme breaker could be used under the conditions of pH from 6 to 10,of temperature from 40℃ to 90℃ and had the highest activity at the conditions of pH=7 and 80℃.Adding 20 mg/L biological enzyme to the FEFF,the FEFF could break abruptly and flow back rapidly,as a result,the viscosity of the gel-breaking fluid was lower than 3 mPa·s,the residue after gel-breaking was 254 mg/L,decreasing by 63% compared with that without adding the biological enzyme,which gave rise to a high permeability and flow conductivity of formation after stimulation.The applications the technology was applied in Hongtai block,and gas production was enhanced greatly
