摘 要:根据提高石油采收率的需要,筛选确定了适合于大庆油田的驱油用表面活性剂,通过考察表面活性剂浓度、牺牲剂浓度、聚合物浓度等对驱油体系界面活性及黏度的影响,得到了适合大庆油田的SP二元、ASP三元驱油体系,对该二元和三元体系的驱油性能进行了研究。实验结果表明:SP二元体系、ASP三元体系与原油间的界面张力均随表面活性剂浓度的增加先降低后缓慢上升,且都可达到10-3级超低界面张力;磷酸钠浓度在0g/L^6 g/L之间变化时,随着浓度的增加,体系黏度略有下降,油水间界面张力先下降后上升,且在浓度2 g/L时最低;随聚合物溶液浓度增加,体系黏度均增大,在相同聚合物浓度下,SP二元体系黏度明显高于ASP三元体系。驱油实验结果表明,所选择的十种驱油体系中二元体系的驱油效果好于三元体系,弱碱三元体系的驱油效果好于强碱三元体系;加入牺牲剂的驱油体系的驱油效果与不加牺牲剂相差不多,但可以降低活性剂用量30%~50%。现场试验结果表明应用二元体系驱油的采出井检泵周期明显高于三元采出井检泵周期,节约了作业成本。ORS and ampho-surfactant M were ascertained as flooding agent for Xingbei Oilfield in Daqing by screening experiments.The effect of concentration of the surfactant,the concentration of sodium phosphate used as sacrifice agent,the concentration of the polymer on flooding system activity and viscosity,were investigated,as a result,the SP(sarfactant-polymey) binary flooding system suited for the Xingbei oilfield was obtained.In addition,indoor physical modeling experiments and field application tests were conducted.The results showed that the interfacial tension between SP or ASP(alkali-surfactant-polymer) system and crude oil decreased in the beginning,and then increased slowly with the increase of the concentration of the surfactant,and could reach up to 10-3 ultra-low magnititude.When the phosphate concentration changed from 0 g/L to 6 g/L,with the concentration increasing,the viscosity of the flooding system reduced slightly,and the interfacial tension decreased first and increased slowly afterward,reaching the lowest at the concentration of 2 g/L,the viscosity increased with the increase of the polymer concentration.The viscosity of SP system was obviously higher than that of the ASP system at the same polymer concentration.Flooding experiment results showed that as for the displacement effect,the SP flooding system was better than the ASP system;weak alkali ASP system was better than the strong alkali ASP;the system with sacrificial reagent was similar with that without sacrifice agent,however,the former could reduce 30%~50% of the surfactant by weight.The results of field application tests showed that the pump checking period of production well flooded with SP system was longer than that with ASP system,resulting in saving the cost.
