摘  要:目的为了寻找新型的药物控释载体材料,采用空心多孔ZrO2纳米球作为控释载体对阿维菌素的载药性能进行研究。方法利用反溶剂法将阿维菌素包埋到空心多孔纳米ZrO2载体中,制备空心多孔ZrO2纳米控释剂,并利用热分析仪、智能溶出仪、紫外分光光度计等对其整体载药量、载体内外载药量分布以及载药后的缓释性能进行了分析。结果空心多孔ZrO2纳米颗粒对阿维菌素有较强的吸附能力,包埋率高达65.5%;其对阿维菌素的吸附主要为物理吸附;阿维菌素纳米控释剂(Av-PHZN)在体积分数30%乙醇溶出介质中的控制释放时间可长达72 h以上,结果表明空心多孔ZrO2纳米控释剂对阿维菌素缓释效果良好。结论空心多孔ZrO2纳米球可望作为理想的新一代药物保护型控释载体。Objective In order to develop new materials to prepare nanosized particles as drug carriers for controlled drug delivery systems.Method The produced porous hollow zirconia nanoparticles was employed as a novel adsorption carrier to study the adsorption behavior of avermectin,which was used as a model pesticide.The loading of avermectin into porous hollow zirconia nanoparticles(PHZN) by the method of anti-solvent precipitation was investigated.The total loaded drug(TD),drug loading distri-butin and the sustained release behavior of the avemectin-loaded PHZN samples were analyzed by the thermo-gravimetry,UV spectroscopy and dissolution testing.Results The encapsulation amount of avermectin in the PHZN carriers could reach 65.5%,and most adsorption of avermectin on the Av-PHZN carriers might be physical.Avermectin was released slowly into a bulk solution for about 72 h,thus exhibited a typical sustained release pattern without any burst effect.Conclusion The PHZN carriers have a promising future in applications as drug carriers for controlled drug delivery systems.
