摘  要:对单元电机的单个线圈、线圈组、相绕组和三相绕组的磁动势进行了分析。当定子槽数为奇数时,除3的整倍数之外其他极对数的磁动势都存在,其中与基波绕组系数相同、转向相反、幅值最大的谐波极对数仅与基波相差1对极。当定子槽数为偶数时,除偶数和3的整倍数之外其他极对数的磁动势都存在,其中与基波绕组系数相同、转向相反、幅值最大的谐波极对数仅与基波相差2或者4对极。电机内部还存在幅值较大的次谐波以及绕组系数与基波相同的高次谐波,它们会对电机造成不良影响。电机高速运行时,这些谐波磁动势产生的磁场会在永磁体内感应出涡流,产生损耗,造成永磁体温升增加,甚至去磁。An analysis is carried out on magnetomotive force(MMF) of the single coil,coil group,phase winding and the three-phase winding of cell permanent magnet synchronous machine with fractional-slot concentrated winding.When the stator slot number is odd,all the MMF exist besides the pole-pairs number is 3 multiple,which have the same fundamental wave winding coefficient,reverse rotatining,and the pole-pairs number corresponding to the harmonic with the largest amplitude misses only one with that of the fundamental wave.And when the stator slot number is even,all the MMF exist besides the pole-pairs number is even or 3 multiple,which have the same fundamental wave winding coefficient,reverse rotatining,and the pole-pairs number corresponding to the harmonic with the largest amplitude misses only 2 or 4 with that of the fundamental wave.Both the subharmonics with big amplitude and the high-order harmonics with the same winding coefficient as the fundamental waves exist in the motor.When the machine operates at high speed,the magnetic field produced by these harmonic MMF will induce the vortex which can cause loss,temperature rise and even the demagnetization in the permanent magnet.
