摘  要:为便于永磁推力轴承的优化设计,利用基于电流片模型的永磁推力轴承推力解析算法,给出了适合单对和多对同轴磁环或磁块阵列的简明磁力解析表达式。经有限元分析软件验证该解析算法的准确性后,对永磁推力轴承的推力特性进行了进一步的分析。然后以轴向推力为优化目标,得到了可作为优化设计的相关依据,继而提出了一种含有交替充磁方向永磁环的交错式永磁推力轴承结构。最终在前述工作基础上,完成了交错式永磁推力轴承样机的设计与制造,并在一个飞轮储能系统的测试平台上对其进行了部分实验研究。To optimize the design of permanent magnet(PM) thrust bearings,concise analytical thrust expressions for single pair and multiple pairs PM rings or PM arrays are presented by applying the analytical method based on the current sheet model.As the accuracy of the proposed method is verified by finite element software,the thrust characteristics of PM thrust bearings are further investigated.Then the axial thrust is used as the optimization objective and some guidelines for the optimum design are obtained.Moreover an interleaved PM thrust bearing configuration is proposed as an optimum choice,which has stacked PM rings with alternative magnetization directions.Finally,a prototype PM thrust bearing is designed and fabricated,whose performance are partially validated on a flywheel energy storage system test platform by experiments.
