摘　　要：高校科研型团队是承担高校科研工作的主体,从剖析高校科研型团队学术生态系统内涵与要素入手,分别针对高校科研型团队学术生态系统微观环境、中观环境、宏观环境中的各个要素,提出相应处理机制,以推动高校科研型团队工作科学有序地开展。Scientific research teams in colleges are the main subjects which take scientific research work in colleges.The nature and components of the eco-academic system for scientific research teams in colleges are analyzed.The corresponding operation mechanisms are raised according to each component of the micro environment,middle environment and macro environment of the eco-academic system for scientific research teams in colleges,to enhance the work of scientific research teams in colleges in a scientific and orderly way.
