摘　　要：以战略决策过程研究为主题,对1993年以来的相关研究文献进行了全面梳理和总结性回顾,并对该时期的研究状况和结论进行了评述。在此基础上,从理论构建和发展的角度,分析了现有研究存在的主要局限,提出了后续研究需要解决的主要问题及研究方向,力图为国内学者提供有价值的参考。This paper uses strategic decision process research as the subject,conducting a thorough combing and summative review on the relevant research literature since 1993,providing a critical review on the research condition and the research conclusions during the period.On this base,from the perspective of theory building and theory development,the paper analyzes the main limitations existing in the present research,puts forward the main problem which possibly needs to be resolved in the future research,offers some directions for the following research,strives to provide a valuable reference for the domestic scholars.
