电针神门、四神聪对原发性失眠患者多导睡眠图的影响

摘　　要：目的对比观察电针神门、四神聪对原发性失眠患者多导睡眠图(PSG)的影响。方法将60例轻中度原发性失眠患者随机分为三组,A组电针神门、B组电针四神聪、C组电针神门+四神聪,治疗前后行PSG检测。另择20例健康志愿者作为对照组。结果 A、B组治疗前后比较,PSG部分数据有统计学差异(P<0.05);C组治疗前后比较,PSG各项数据均有显著统计学差异(P<0.01)。治疗后A组与B组比较PSG大部分数据有统计学差异(P<0.05),C组与A、B组比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05或<0.01)。A、B组治疗后与正常组比较,PSG仍有统计学差异(P<0.05或<0.01),C组治疗后与正常组比较,各参数均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论对原发性失眠患者,调脑神与调心神作用相当,但机理各异;二神共调具有明显的协同作用,临床治疗中应重视心神、脑神共调。Objective To observe the influence on PSG of the primary insomnia patients by electric acupuncting compared sishencong with shenmen.Methods 60 minimal primary insomnia patients were divided into three groups by random.Patients in A group were acupunctured shenmen with electricity,patients in B group were acupunctured sishencong,patients in C group were acupunctured both shenmen and sishencong.20 healthy were selected as contrast group.Before and after treatment,20 volunteers and 60 patients took examination of PSG and wrote down all the data,then analyzed the data in intergroup and between-group.Results Part of the PSG data in group A and group B after treatment was significantly different with that before treatment（P〈0.05）.All the data of group C after treatment was significantly different with that before treatment（P〈0.01）.Between-group comparation after treatment,most of the data in group B after treatment was significantly different with that in group A after treatment（P〈0.05）.But the data in group C was significantly different with that in group A or group B（P〈0.05 or〈 0.01）.Conclusions For primary insomnia,regulating xin-shen or nao-shen with electric acupuncture could get the same treating effect,but mechanism is different.
