摘 要:苔藓植物是对环境变化最为敏感的指示植物之一.以匍枝青藓(Brachythecium procumbens(Mitt.)Jaeg.)为实验材料,测定铅胁迫下藓类植物的生理生化变化,研究探讨匍枝青藓对重金属胁迫的响应.实验结果表明:匍枝青藓总叶绿素含量随着铅胁迫时间的延长和铅处理浓度的升高而表现为先升后降的趋势;过氧化物酶(POD)含量总体呈现升高的趋势,但在铅处理浓度为0.0010~0.0012mmol/L时表现出了最大的耐受限度;丙二醛(MDA)含量随着铅处理浓度的升高呈现逐渐升高的趋势,随着铅处理时间的延长MDA含量整体呈现先升后降的趋势.结果说明匍枝青藓在铅胁迫下产生明显的生理生化指标变化,为进一步探索藓类植物对重金属胁迫的响应及其机理提供了科学依据.Bryophyte is one of the most sensitive indicator plants to environmental changes.In this experiment,we used Brachythecium procumbens as the experimental material.The aim was to determine the influence of lead stress on physiological and biochemical changes of bryophytes and study the response to heavy metal stress.The experimental results showed that the total chlorophyll content of Brachythecium procumbens was increased first and then decreased with prolonged stress and elevated concentrations of lead.The content of POD performed a rising trend,but it showed the greatest tolerance limits when dialed with the concentration of 1.0~1.2 mmol/L of lead.The content of MDA was gradually increased with the elevated concentrations of lead.At the same time it was increased first and then decreased as time changed.The results showed that physiological and biochemical characteristics of Brachythecium procumbens were obviously changed under the lead stress.The results provided a scientific basis for further exploring the bryophyte on the mechanism and response of heavy metal stress.
