鹿眠宝对梅花鹿麻醉效果的试验观察

摘　　要：鹿眠宝是针对养鹿业及野生动物医学、科学在鹿科动物麻醉方面的迫切需求,而研制的鹿特异性复合麻醉剂。试验主要研究该复合制剂的麻醉效果及其对鹿主要生理机能的影响,为鹿眠宝下一步在临床、科研及生产中广泛应用奠定基础。选取7头梅花鹿,颈部肌肉注射鹿眠宝,剂量为0.02 mL.kg-1,于注药前和注药后5、15、30、45、60、75、90、105 min,进行麻醉监测,监测镇静、镇痛、肌松等麻醉指标。结果表明,鹿眠宝对梅花鹿的麻醉效果确实,镇静、镇痛、肌松效应均衡,脉搏血氧饱和度(90%以上)充裕,对机体正常呼吸和循环功能影响轻微。Against deer,wild animal medicine and science＇s urgent need for anesthesia,Lumianbao was developed as a specific complex anesthetic.Purpose of this experiment was to study the anesthetic effect and the effect on main physiologicalfunction of deer,laying a foundation for the widely use on the clinic,research and the production.Seven deers were injected the Lumianbao by intramuscular injection on neck,0.02 mL.kg-1 by weight,to monitor the anesthesia indexs about conscious-sedation,analgesia and muscle relaxation before and after injection 5,15,30,45,60,75,90,105 min.The results showed that the anaesthesia effect of Lumianbao on deers was definit,with the effectivenesses of conscious-sedation、 analgesia and muscle relaxation balanced,saturation of blood oxygen（above 90%） abundant,and the influences on eupnea and circulation function slight.
