穗醋栗和醋栗绿枝扦插繁殖母株处理方法研究

摘　　要：利用植物生长调节剂IBA喷洒、局部黄化处理、局部黄化处理结合IBA喷洒穗醋栗和醋栗的绿枝扦插繁殖母株,以筛选出能提高扦插成活率的适宜方法。结果表明,局部黄化处理和局部黄化处理结合IBA喷洒母株对所有的品种的扦插生根率均表现出增效作用,特别是对生根难的品种效果尤其明显,而单独采用植物生长调节剂IBA喷洒母株效果表现不稳定。Stock plants of currant and gooseberry were treated with IBA spraying,partly etiolement or IBA spraying with partly etiolement in order to obtain the suitable methods for increasing cutting rooting rate.The results showed that the cutting rooting rate of all the varieties,especially the varieties with lower rooting rate,increased by partly etiolement and IBA spraying with partly etiolement treatment.However,the effects of IBA spraying teatment was only not stable.
