摘　　要：作为一种准公共产品,高等教育成本分担要遵守"教育投资与教育收益对等性"的原则,政府必须充当起高校投资主体的角色。本文通过分析高等教育大众化阶段美国政府在高校财政收入中的作用及特点,以期为更好发挥我国政府作用能够提供一些借鉴意义。The cost-sharing of higher education should comply with the reciprocity between the investment and earning.The government should play the master role.By the introduction of the revenue of universities in the U.S.A.,we can get some insights.
