摘　　要：哈工大精细有机合成课程经过多年的教学研究和实践,取得了一定的成效。本论文围绕课程体系建设、师资队伍建设、教学内容和教学方法改革,以及学生综合能力的培养、创新意识的启发等方面,论述了精细有机合成课程建设的实践与效果。The course of Fine Organic Synthesis in Harbin Institute of Technology has been studied and practiced for years with definite progress.In the paper,effectiveness and practice in construction of the Fine Organic Synthesis Course have been discussed, revolving the aspects of the construction of course system and faculty,the pedagogical and material innovation,and the nurture and illumination of the students＇ integrative competence and innovative consciousness.
