摘　　要：知识管理是帮助组织存储知识,创新知识,以支持组织整体价值实现的集成化、系统化管理方法。在阐述部队装备知识管理所体现出的全新理念基础上,从文化、实践和组织等维度,探讨我军实施部队装备知识管理所具备的基础条件,并对面向装备管理工作流程的知识管理实施作了简要论述。Knowledge management is an integrated,systematic approach that helps the organization increase their effectiveness in managing their existing stocks of knowledge and create new knowledge,and in effect,increase the overall vale of the organization.The paper sets forth the new concept of knowledge management in military equipment management,then probes into the infrastructure for knowledge management practice in our army from three dimensionalities of culture,practice,and organization.Finally,the paper discusses the implement of knowledge management（KM）based on the work flow of equipment management and analyzes the restrictive factors existing in our military equipment management.
