摘　　要：明确装备合同变更的条件、程序和效力等内容,有助于促使军方和承制单位正确行使各自的权利,有助于及时防范装备合同风险,提高装备合同管理效益。从法律的视角分析了装备合同变更的内涵和类型,归结了装备合同变更的构成要件,探讨了装备合同变更的程序和效力等内容。Making clear of requirements,procedures and effectiveness of equipment contract is helpful to promote the army and the contractor exercising respective rights exactly,prevents the risks of equipment contract timely,and raises the benefits of contract management.From the angle of law,the paper analyzes connotation and type of alteration of equipment contract,boils down legal elements of alteration of equipment contract,probes on the procedures and legal effectiveness of alteration of equipment contract.
