利胆丸预防经皮胆囊镜碎石取石术后胆囊结石复发的临床研究

摘　　要：采用胆囊镜为１２６例胆囊结石患者行经皮胆囊镜超声碎石取石术，随机分为两组，７３例为治疗组，口服利胆丸预防结石复发；其余５３例只进行一般预防作为对照组。结果：４年后随访并作Ｂ超检查，治疗组胆囊结石复发１例，占１．４％；对照组复发７例，占１３．２％，二者比较有极显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。cases of patients with cholelithiasis were treated with PCIC,after operation random 73 cases among which were treated with oral Lidan Pill and other 53 cases were set as the control group.Result:After 4 years in the treatment group the recurrence of cholelithiasis was 1 case(1.4%)and in the control group it was 7(13.2%).The difference between the two groups was significant (p<0.01)
