高速电弧喷涂技术在汽车发动机再制造中的应用研究

摘　　要：在介绍高速电弧喷涂技术的基本原理、特点及喷涂工艺基础上,以汽车发动机为研究对象,详细阐述了高速电弧喷涂技术在汽车发动机零部件再制造中的应用。研究结果表明,高速电弧喷涂技术在汽车发动机再制造中具有明显的优势。In this paper,the application of high velocity arc spraying technology on automotive engine spare parts remanufacturing is expatiated in detail with automotive engine as research object based on the introduction of high velocity arc spraying technology＇s working principle,characteristic and techniques.The research result shows that high velocity arc spraying technology has distinct advantage on automotive engine remanufacturing.
