摘　　要：大学生就业问题关系到国家建设发展、社会稳定和人民群众的根本利益,关系到高等教育的持续健康发展。研究毕业生的就业特点,总结就业指导工作的经验教训,是高校就业指导部门的重要工作之一。以大连交通大学为个案分析影响毕业生就业的积极和消极因素,并在此基础上探讨解决毕业生就业困境的主要对策。College students＇employment relates to national construction and development,social stability and people＇ s fundamental interests,and to the sustained and healthy development of higher education. To study graduates＇employment characteristics and to summarize the lessons learned from career guidance is one of the important jobs of college career guidance department. From the perspective of case studies,this article analyzes the positive and negative factors affecting graduates＇employment,and on this basis,discusses its coping strategies.
