厚煤层预采顶分层综采面矿压显现规律研究

摘　　要：以芦岭煤矿预采顶分层首个综采工作面为例,通过对厚煤层顶分层开采过程中工作面及顺槽的矿压观测,分析了顶分层首采面的矿压显现特征、顶板运移规律、液压支架的性能和对该煤层顶底板的适应性及控制效果。并利用工作面的现场观测数据,进行数据拟合,对初次来压和周期来压期间支架载荷特征、工作面顺槽超前支承压力分布规律等进行了系统分析,为后期开采其他顶分层工作面积累了经验。Taking the first fully mechanized coal face with pre mining top slicing of the 8# coal seam in Luling Coal Mine as an example,the paper analyzes the regularity of strata behavior of pre mining top slicing in thick seam,the law of overburden strata movement,the performance and adapt ability of hydraulic support through observing the pressure appearance in the course of the first coal face mining with pre mining top slicing.Meanwhile,making use of observation data of scene in working face,the characteristic of support load during first and periodic weight of the main roof was studied.The abutment pressure distribution of roadway was analyzed.All these supply valuable experiences for extracting lower slicing face.
