地震灾后建筑垃圾资源化利用的探讨

摘　　要：地震灾后产生大量建筑垃圾的处理是灾后重建的前提,在介绍震后建筑垃圾处理的特点基础上,结合国内外地震灾害建筑垃圾的处理经验和教训,提出通过完善法规和出台优惠政策、建立建筑垃圾处理信息管理中心等方式实现建筑垃圾的高效利用,指出了建筑垃圾在建筑墙体材料、再生骨料方面的资源化利用的可行性。Disposition of construction garbages is carried through in advance of reconstruction after an earthquake disaster.Characteristics of dealing with the construction garbages are analyzed,then experience is introduced of reconstruction reutilization after an earthquake in advanced foreign countries and our country.Based on these,measurements are suggested for efficient reutilization of the garbages that include enacting laws,constituting favorable policies,and establishing an information center for disposition of construction garbages.It is pointed out that producing bricks for walls and recycling aggregate for concreteetal are feasible ways in reutilization of the garbages.
