摘　　要：目的:针对解放军第309医院门诊75岁以上老年患者用药特点进行分析,为提高用药安全提供依据。方法:利用我院自行编制的处方评价及药物利用研究系统,对我院2009年全年门诊75岁以上老年患者用药处方进行分析。结果:2009年75岁以上患者,比2008年同期增加了6680人次,这些老年患者用药以治疗循环系统疾病的药物为主,且多为联合用药。结论:根据老年患者以治疗循环系统疾病为主的特点,应对有关药物的安全、有效、合理用药进行重点研究,并且药师与临床医生应加强合作和对老年患者用药的指导。OBJECTIVE ： To analyze the characteristics of drug utilization in the outpatients aged over 75 years old in our hospital for references of safe drug use in elderly patients. METHODS： The outpatient prescriptions for patients over 75 years throughout 2009 in our hospital were analyzed by using the self-designed prescription evaluation system and drug utilization review system. RESULTS ： There were 6 680 more outpatients over 75 years in our hospital in 2009 than in 2008. The drugs for cardiovascular diseases took the lead, mostly in drug combination. CONCLUSION： In view of the characteristics of drug utilization in elderly patients that that drugs are predominantly used for circulatory disease, emphasis should be laid on safe, effective and rational use of the related drugs, meanwhile, cooperation between pharmacists and clinician and medication guidance for elder patients should be strengthened.
