摘　　要：目的:了解昆华医院2007—2009年抗菌药物应用特点及发展趋势,为抗菌药物的临床合理使用、科学管理提供参考。方法:根据我院计算机信息管理系统,统计抗菌药物使用量及销售金额,采用金额排序法和用药频度进行统计分析。结果:我院2007—2009年抗菌药物销售金额占当年药品销售总额的构成比分别为27.24%、26.23%和25.55%;头孢菌素类占主导地位。结论:我院抗菌药物的应用在逐步规范化、合理化,但仍然存在问题,应进一步规范抗菌药物的应用,以保证临床用药安全、有效、经济。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the feature and from 2007 to 2009 for reference of clinical rational use and tendency of the utilization of antibacterials in our hospital scientific management of antibacterials. METHODS： The consumption data of antibacterials were retrieved from Hospital Information System and analyzed statistically with the methods of consumption sum ordering and DDDs analysis. RESULTS ： The consumption sum of antibacterial in the total during 2007-2009 in our hospital represented 27.24% , 26.23% and 25.55% , respectively, with Cephaalosporins assuming a dominant place. CONCLUSION： The use of antibacterials in our hospital is on the way toward standardization, rationalization yet it is still far from perfect, therefore, the use of which should be standardized further to ensure safe, efficient and economical drug use.
